Our Approach
We realise the importance of identifying all aspects of an individual’s life that impact their well-being and mental health. Thus, we believe in a holistic, integrative, strength based, person-centered approach with trauma sensitive lens and is queer affirmative in our practice. We continue to seek ongoing updates to our skills and knowledge base and implement them from time to time. Currently we are working privately (online) in Jammu and Kashmir, India.
